Fly to Cairo / Witness Giza Pyramids
From your hotel in Aswan, transfer you to the airport for around an hour's flight to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, your highly qualified tour guide will meet you at Cairo Airport and drive you to start your two-day trip with:
The Giza Pyramids are one of the most striking monumental sites in the ancient world, dating back more than 4,000 years. This magnificent complex represents the real beauty of Egyptian architecture, and it contains the three enchanting pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure in addition to the other six little pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple.
The Great Pyramid of Pharaoh Khufu (2609 BC - 2584 BC) is one of the most renowned wonders on earth, which was the tallest archeological wonder in the world for more than 3800 years since it was built by the genius vizier Hemiunu around 2570. This colossal marvel reached a height of 138.5 meters (454.4 ft) plus it has an advanced design that can be seen across the king's chamber.
This remarkable, enormous sculpture was established for Pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BC), one of the significant kings of the 4th dynasty. The Great Sphinx was believed to be the guardian of the Giza Plateau of the Giza Pyramids and other monumental objects at the Giza Complex, thus it was carved with a King's head and a lion's body to be more frightening for the enemies.
The Valley Temple is a magical marvel that has the power to transform the bodies of the 4th dynasty into royal statues. It is made with pink granite and Tura limestone, where the Opening of the Mouth ritual, the purification, and the mummification ritual were performed.
The Grand Egyptian Museum has the power to discover the rich history and magnificent artistic brilliance of this 7000-year-old diverse culture, which explores the incredible heritage behind the Hanging Obelisk, Pharaoh Ramses II Statue, the Grand Staircase, the Epic Royal Regalia, the Grand Atrium, & many more. The GEM was entirely completed in 2023 with one billion dollars in the golden embrace of the Giza Pyramids Complex.
A delicious lunch meal will be served at an Egyptian high-quality restaurant then you will witness the Saqqara Pyramid.
The Djoser Step Pyramid was established in the Saqqara Necropolis above the Nile Valley in the 3rd dynasty between 2670 and 2650 BC, and it was thought to be the first pyramid ever designed and constructed by the genius architect Imhotep. Unlike the other pyramids built during that time, the pyramid consists of six steps of Mud & limestone Blocks at 63 m in height and is made from stones in addition to other materials like reeds and wood.
Memphis City is an epic ancient Egyptian capital that was built around 3100 BC and was discovered by the first pharaoh of the 1st dynasty, Narmer; this means that the city is over 5000 years old. This epic capital has several marvelous wonders, which include the miraculous Temple of the patron God Ptah, for artists and craftsmen.
